Location

1. Having left Portlaoise, continue towards Abbeyleix (the old Cork Dublin road N8).
2. As you enter Abbeyleix you will come upon the Heritage Centre, take a left here on to the Stradbally / Ballyroan Road (R425).
3. Continue on until you see the Cemetery on your left hand side.
4. You will then come to a 4 cross roads, take the road on your left. Follow the signs for training Centre).
5. The Training Centre is the first left (just follow the signs)

1. As you enter Abbeyleix from Durrow go straight through the traffic lights.
2. Go to the top of the town and take a right at the Heritage Centre the Stradbally / Ballyroan Road (R425).
3. Continue on until you see the Cemetery on your left hand side
4. You will then come to a 4 cross roads, take the road on your left. (Follow the signs for Training centre).
5. The Training Centre is on your left (just follow the signs).

1. Head towards Abbeyleix.
2. On entering Abbeyleix you will come to a set of Traffic lights.
3. Take a right at these lights and continue to the top of the town.
4. At the Heritage Centre take a right on to the Stradbally Road (R425).
5. Continue on until you see the Cemetery on your left hand side.
6. You will then come to a 4 cross roads, take the road on your left.
7. The Training Centre is on your left (just follow the signs).

1. Having left Mountrath head to Abbeyleix
2. When you enter Abbeyleix take a left at the traffic lights.
3. Go to the top of Abbeyleix and take a right at the Heritage Centre the Stradbally/Ballyroan Road (R425).
4. Continue on until you see the Cemetery on your left hand side.
5. You will then come to a 4 cross roads, take the road on your left. (Follow the signs for Training Centre).
6. The Training Centre is on your left (just follow the signs).
